Your generous donations make an immediate impact on the lives of families in our community who do not have the financial resources to meet their basic needs due to unforeseen financial emergencies.
Because of the generosity of our 2025 donors, UCM provided food assistance each month to an average of nearly 800 individuals representing 300 families. Among them were 225 children and 120 seniors who depended on our help for nourishment and stability.
Beyond food, we helped 53 families avoid the heartache of eviction and ensured that 135 families did not lose power or water last year. These milestones are more than statistics, though. They are stories of fears lifted, prayers answered, and hope renewed.
As the needs in our community continue to grow, the support of our community allows us to continue meeting families with the love, dignity, and care they deserve.
* Clients seeking financial assistance go through an extensive intake interview process. If we are able to assist, checks are mailed to landlords and utility companies, not clients. *
